How have I not reviewed this place? I've been a regular for 3+ years, and consistently have 5-star service! I love the selection of flower, pre-rolls and edibles – just enough to make great choices without being overwhelming. Early bird specials let me stock up on pre-rolls before work, and I hit up weekly specials for deals on flower. They frequently have some of my fave strains; those never disappoint. Displays are clearly labeled and well-organized. Plus, staff is amazing at suggesting products for my exact purpose. I say "I need something to help me go to a party with strangers and pretend I'm having an amazing time" and my bud tender makes a fab rec. I love the OG staff – they know me by name when I come in and also act familiar when I see them in the wild. Rebecca has such a gentle, kind nature; I'm never afraid to ask her questions, and she does a great job listening and understanding. Love the crew at Atlantic Farms! AVOID! I’ve been a customer since they opened. Recently, I purchased a gram of rosin, after I removed their barcode sticker I discovered it was backstock from over a year ago. Brought it up to three separate employees, each told me they “put a note on my account and someone will follow up, sorry”. FINALLY on my fourth visit, the assistant manager Rebecca was there and offered me a resolution – a whopping 15% discount on my next purchase, almost enough to cover the tax! Pitiful way to treat a medical customer that’s been supporting your shop since you opened, I will NOT be returning! Herbal Remedies, Captains Cannabis, Gele, and many other excellent stores sell better products for the same prices or less, care about their patients, and would never sell you anything from over a YEAR ago at full price! – Justin Nilsen
