Last minute decision to grab groceries in Boston while on Newbury st led me here. The prices were very reasonable and I ordered online. There was a woman at the counter with a beautiful smile and personable demeanor, her name was Shelley. The woman in front of me must be a regular because she stood there for 10 minutes talking while a line formed behind me. Knowing how desk reception customer service is, Shelley not only clearly makes that woman's day on the regular, but expedited the delay with ease and grace and welcomed me with a beautiful smile. I always have the best service here. Christopher is my absolute favorite. He’s always so upbeat and happy. I Seriously, look forward to seeing him every time I go in. He went above and beyond to help me out – not just with the selection, but with a giant bag to help me carry everything I’d been toting around from my errands.
