They are great with keeping the line moving but still not rushing you and being super informative during the buying process. I am one to always ask suggestions! I have been to a lot of different dispensaries in town. I will tell you right now this place has some of the best bud tenders you are ever going to communicate with. I talked to Eric today and not only was he very knowledgeable but he didn't try and sell me something just to tell me something. He knew I wanted some of the best flower you can get. He was not afraid to show me the most expensive stuff the best quality stuff he literally showed and explained exactly what I wanted. Most dispensaries are just going sell you something Even if they know it's not what you're going to like. Eric made sure that what he was recommending was something I would enjoy and I would absolutely come back and I would also recommend other people. Save yourself some time go into this location and tell them exactly what you're looking for. These people that work here have a passion for what they do. This is what your legal and medical experience should it actually feel like. Go in and talk to Eric tell him what you want I promise you're going to get exactly what you want because he is knowledgeable enough to sell you what you're looking for. Apparently, the staff here has a problem comprehending basic English because I told them exactly what I wanted and they did NOT come anywhere close to it twice. My first experience was great, but they seem to go through employees like I go through socks, which speaks volumes. When I did have a nice review after my first visit, the owner couldn’t even condescend to read it or comment on it. super friendly team, greatest selection for flower in the west side. Didn't know I was eligible for a bogo on my online and the nice lady up front grabbed me a second one which was awesome. Super happy to see rec gets points now days and that I'm earning towards more goodies. Definitely recommend the every other week Friday flower bogo. Great deals at all price tiers. Carts are really reasonable and have a good CBD content for their value. Hashashin resin/rosin are the best flavor I've had in a while, definitely recommended. That star tropics 55%thc 23% CBD disposable has been wonderful with ache n pain recently definitely a great pickup for a $40 B1G1. Insane lines. Don’t go here. They treat you like Covid-19 is still a thing. They have maintain social distance signs everywhere! They stuff everyone into the lobby and then only allow 3 or 4 people in the back at a time. Never coming back again – Carter Grimes
