Customer reps were 👌 very patient. Edit: guess I should rephrase it, I went back a second time and let me just say that the females at my first encounter were more patient customer reps then the males I’ve encountered on my 2nd visit. But the strain selection is 🔥 – Humble Won
As a first-time customer, my initial experience was extremely disappointing, especially given the 35-minute drive I made to get here. The representative at the counter, whom I believe was named Scott, delivered exceptionally poor service. His demeanor was rude and disrespectful, particularly towards women. Fortunately, after I voiced my concerns, the manager and supervisor intervened promptly to resolve the situation.
