They are super nice and can guide you to what you need even if you arent sure, Jinea was the best! She helped me take home so much product for a great price. I have been going here for a couple years and experienced the transition from nirvana to backpack Boyz. It was smooth and the crew has always been very friendly, cool and most importantly knowledgeable, and helpful. Chante especially helped me save $$ the other night and get more bang for my buck.
