used to shop here around 200 a week. Today they chose not to honor their own sale on edibles. Unfortunite with so very many stores to shop at. within 5 minutes of leaving I found a nearby store with the same price…I encurage everyone to shop elsewhere. Vote for better customer service with your wallet. Very s disapointed the nice manager didnt care about loosing buisness. Mid at best. No not even mid. Security guards are down right rude. i have seen these guys be rude to good customers so many times i was only coming back for Redemption, but I can get that elsewhere. I remember giving the Walled Lake store a bad review around 14 years ago; time and distance unfortunately has not changed anything. I was again a first time customer today. I would imagine because of time and distance between my visits was nearly 15 years and 65 miles, but it speaks to the organization of BAZONZOES… Be that as it may, I did not receive my 42% discount today because I went in for an already marked down product. When I asked for a lighter or something in exchange, the Budtenders exact response was “yea right, I wish”. I’m not sure what to make of that but to think that even the staff may know this place is kinda “strict” I guess is the nicest way to say it? You guys have been around for nearly 16 years.
