First off, great customer service. I've been in here a few times, and each time staff is very friendly. Went in looking for a specific pen, strictly sativa, uplifting high. Tender commented on wanting sativa, made a recommendation. Thinking it's all good, I pay and head out. Get home and open the bag to find a Hybrid highlighting it's relaxing properties… Now I'm out $30 and have a pen I won't use. – Colton Hines
Mid at best. No not even mid. Security guards are down right rude. i have seen these guys be rude to good customers so many times i was only coming back for Redemption, but I can get that elsewhere.
