Fraudsters. Refused to honor their return policy on defective cartridge. They said since it had leaked out more than half of it ( all over the inside of my bag) that they couldn't legally replace it. What a waste of $25, I know I won't be shopping here any more. It's too bad too though, they normally have good prices otherwise – Daniel Arthurs
