Worst dispensary I’ve ever been to! Horrible customer service, unfriendly and un-knowledgeable staff. Dirty and unorganized store. Not following government policies and procedures. Sold me a faulty item and refused to take back and refund me. Accusing the customer and arguing with the customer. Don’t sell faulty items and learn some customer service skills. I do not recommend this place. – AK
One of the worst dispensary stores out there beware stay far away. The staff are rude not knowledgable unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. One of the worst experiences ever visiting a dispensary. Learn how to treat paying customers better. – AMN
I would give this dispensary a 5 star, The reason im not is because of slacking on re stocking certain strains that meet the amount i buy and also the price range i try to stay in. I Have asked for them to be restocked/written down so remembeing would be easier and restock still has not happened. I also suggested loyaltypunch cards to be made for the customers so we know how close we are to our discounts. The store is always clean, you are asked if you need assistance right away, each employee is very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. Huge stock of tons of items, even when they dont have the strain i am wanting i am always able to find something else. – Amanda S.
I’ve been to a lot of cannabis stores, but this one stands out—and not in a good way. Rude staff, poor service, and a generally sketchy atmosphere. Hard to believe this place is still operating the way it does. – Dave Not here
