Great selection and high-quality, tested cannabis. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and the service was excellent. They play an important role in the local community, and for the average consumer, it's a safe, reliable place to shop. My only issue was as a registered medical cannabis patient. I told the cashier I have a medical card, but I was still charged tax (about $13), which should have been removed. It may have been an honest mistake, but as a terminally ill cancer patient, I don't pay cannabis tax, so it was frustrating. Personally, I'll stick with my usual spot, where I can get much more for the money. I was born and raised in Amsterdam, so my perspective is a little different. This isn't a knock on the store—they have great cannabis and a great team. It's just not the right fit for me. – j
Welcoming & knowledgable staff, always helpful. I usually pre order, but it’s just as easy to walk in & browse & find new products. I like the vibe each time I shop at Beleaf in Calverton. I’m consistently happy with the products they carry. – Kathy Miciak

Everyone was helpful, but not up in your face either. Much better experience here than in other shops closer to my home. It was worth the ride and will definitely be going back soon. – Diane Coleman
