They do delivery! Fast and easy to retrieve! Upon entering on the Papa & Barkley website it indicated Berkeley Patients Group had the CBD THC creams I needed. Sent me to the website. Order, added my info it stated more or less it will take between 1-2 hours to delivery. 30 mins later; my order was at my place! First time customers get 10% off! Love it! They have 1 person working, and a customer asking for a hand written list of every single strain they have. Unfortunately the staff today didn’t have the common sense to help the rest of the store before handling this request. I waited 10 minutes and walked out without buying anything. The staff member didn’t acknowledge anyone in the room, completely shocked that a business owner would let this young boy who can’t multitask work all my himself. Sad that I just moved right down the street and will have to find another business that won’t waste my time like that. 10 minutes waiting with no purchase made. Updating this: just went to Farmacy right down the street, such a better selection of products and a much more professional staff. It clearly shows that BPG is the oldest dispensary in the area, go somewhere newer and you’ll be happy. – Jordan Colbath

I write this review with great sadness and disappointment. This used to be one of my go-to dispensaries, I really liked the deals that they had and the other incentives that they gave their patients, such as the prize wheel, they had different deals on the wheel as well as some other goodies and if you spent over $100, you could spin. They also had some last drop boxes which they filled with products that their stock drop below 4 in their inventory, they offered these at 20% off any day of the week and 40% off on Mondays, They later reduced that to a 30%. Now, they have removed all of these incentives which really made me a loyal customer. They changed their price points and it seems like they changed their stock and have less in supply right now. Unfortunately I will not be a patron here as often due to these reasons. This doesn't reflect on the bud tenders, just management – Friar Tuck

I have been a regular client since I moved to the bay. Today they lost me when a guys gave me the wrong product and they did not move a finger to help me. Surprised they did not remember I have interaxted with all of them! ALWAYS buying Sativa! terrible personal! they just ruined my bday weekend lol! go to a better place – Gustavo Martinez
