Cute, decorated with art work by employees that will blow your mind on a dry erase board even less. Every station has little miniature rocks and toys that customers have shared. Quaint and charming. Till one day EVERYTHING was gone. Let the employees and customers express themselves. You allow an employee to wear an ICE button, highly offensive. is no place for politics or uninformed supporters, harmless or harmful? Protect our men in blue. Sure, selection is good, product fresh. Unacceptable behavior. I went this morning (Jan 17). The staff here has forgotten that they work in a regulated industry. I’ve already drafted a formal complaint to the state regarding the conduct I witnessed today. If you think you can treat patients and customers like this without repercussions, you’re in for a rude awakening. The customer service was non existent…actually, it was worse than that, it was hostile. I felt completely disrespected, and I wasn't the only one…the other customers in line were agreeing with me about how rude the staff was acting. There are too many other options in town to deal with being treated like garbage when you're just trying to make a purchase. – Steven B

Usually i would rate this store higher as a long term customer, however after my recent call to the store I will no longer be shopping there. On 1/22 I purchased the below pictured Concentrate shake and a gram of live sugar. Once i got home that night I decided to try the shake and after 15 I got very nauseous, as an avid smoker I was surprised and decided to sleep it off. Today I have once again tried the shake and took the time to separate the leaves and steams and the results were the same, considering it was just me I had a friend try it as well with the same results. Once checking the packaging I noticed the shake is mixed with distillate, which is only posted in the photo on the website and no where else. Due to there being distillate i would not have bought this product it it was more clearly listed. When I called the store and informed them and asked if there was anything that could be done and was met with "Due to Illinois policy…" With the continued fall in customer service and rise in prices as competitor prices fall, I will no longer be visiting this store to fulfill my needs. – Mat p
