Beyond Hello Dispensary (St. Louis Metro East)

I had an excellent experience at the Beyond Hello dispensary recently, and I have to give a huge shoutout to my budtender David! From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for (something balanced for relaxation with a nice flavor profile), asked great questions about my preferences and tolerance, and recommended a couple of perfect strains and products that hit the mark exactly. The suggestions were spot-on – high quality, fresh, and exactly what I needed. The vibe in the store is welcoming, the selection is impressive, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. ONLINE ONLY AFTER 7 I sat and watched half a dozen people who walked into the building after I placed my order get served before me because they sat in the parking lot and ordered. This is not an acceptable way to run a business. IT IS NOT THE BUDTENDERS FAULT IT IS THE MANAGER'S. The budtender was doing a great job. She was set up to fail by her manager. It is beyond idiotic to have a priority system WITH ONE FREAKING BUDTENDER. Customers get ignored. This way my favorite dispo. I will not be coming back until they change their checkout process. Look. I like them, a little. Who doesn't like cheaper mary jane? My problem is the people working there and how customers get treated. I was recently in there. And honestly the bogo50off sure seemed like a better deal the 40%. Anyway so i guess the computer automatically picks what deal. So i ask my girl, whats up with the sale. She said 2 things confused me to the point i took off half of what i was getting. Then, i ASKED, mearly asked how much it would be with one more. She is talking to the other employee so much , she takes one, adds it then automatically used my $10 off cause i was lile $2 short. Then she smiled at me and said… That works huh? NO!!!
