Won't go here again Same issue with ordering online. The online orders are never ready and they make you wait. I don't want to socialize. I want my package. They have a rather unpleasant person at the front running customers off. Too many nice people around to keep going here. – Carmen Page
āI used to be a frequent, loyal customer at this location, but the recent takeover by corporate suits out of Chicago has completely ruined the experience. Changing the weekday opening time to 11:00 AM makes absolutely zero sense for working people and demonstrates a total lack of understanding of the local community's schedule. To make matters worse, conversations with the staff reveal that these truncated hours are directly stripping local employees of their shifts and hours. Compounding this, management has now slapped prominent tip jars on the counterāa tacky, glaring admission that they arenāt paying their staff a living wage and are instead expecting the local community to subsidize their payroll. āThe decline in customer appreciation is obvious, highlighted by management abruptly stripping away the frequent customer rewards program. The only remaining reason to use this location was the convenience of online ordering to skip lines, but even that system has become incredibly erratic and unreliable under the new leadership. āThe operational decline is closely matched by a noticeable drop in inventory standards. They are consistently stocking defective hardware, particularly 510-threaded vape cartridges that suffer from severe mechanical defects, clogging up completely after only a third of the product has been used. Between the blatant disregard for their own frontline workers, broken convenience systems, and sub-par product quality control, this new ownership group has stripped away everything that once made this a great local spot. I will be taking my business to other local competitors from now on. – James

Prices weren't too bad no forst time discount but got free stuff for a minimum purchase amount I'd check them out again if I'm shopping in Benton Harbor – Max
