First time there at bloc dispensary. Great menu and products. Prices slightly on the higher end. Customer service could have been better. I felt rushed by the cashier to choose, hurry up pay and get out!š I also received no explanation of current 420 sales going on, even upon asking more than once. Mike literally saidā¦ āNo, thereās different sales everyday.ā when asked if the 420 sale advertised was only on for tomorrow. So naturally I asked, āWell what sales do you have going on for today?ā Mike responds by saying thereās a lot of sales going on right now.ā š Doesnāt even try to explain any. Thankfully I can read the tv menu.š¤ The sale information, on screen, was moving so fast actuallyā¦that my cashier Mike almost didnāt even see it!š Just seemed like he was focused on getting me out the door rather than inform, or sell me on anything cause I definitely wouldāve bought more. š«¤ Are u guys on a timer or something? š¤·š¾āāļø Very Convenient Location. Visited this dispensary recently and had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and genuinely super helpful with every question I had. They took time to explain products and recommend strains that matched what I wanted. Selection was impressive with several good strains that were fresh and potent. The store was spotless organized and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Great customer service quality products and a clean atmosphere. Definitely coming back soon for sure with friends next time maybe very happily soon – Rider Odom
