I’ve been a regular customer at this dispensary because of its convenient location near my workplace. Recently, I purchased a disposable vape, and unfortunately, after just 2 hits, it slipped and the glass part shattered, making the product unusable. When I went back to the dispensary to see if there was any possibility of a discount or assistance, I felt the response was quite dismissive. While I understand accidents happen, I was hoping for a bit more understanding and customer service. Overall, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. 60 down the drain and a dispensary I can no longer trust. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. – Amber Fabris

Came in yesterday as a new customer, my receipt has a pre roll charged on it. Open the bag, there’s no pre roll. If you like being charged money and receiving no product in response this is the dispo for you. Be warned, you’ll need to lower your standards. – Kayla Guse
