​I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Bloom South; the team is consistently kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful during every visit. ​I do have one suggestion regarding the mobile app and website. Currently, the prices listed under "specials" do not include taxes, which can lead to confusion at the register when the final total differs from the advertised deal. I have noticed that many other local dispensaries utilize "out-the-door" pricing, where taxes are integrated into the initial price point. ​For those of us who budget strictly and manage finances carefully, having that transparency upfront makes the shopping experience much more seamless. I truly love this establishment and hope you’ll consider transitioning to inclusive pricing to help customers plan their purchases more accurately. Keep up the great work! – Brittany Haynes
I’ve been a regular customer at this dispensary because of its convenient location near my workplace. Recently, I purchased a disposable vape, and unfortunately, after just 2 hits, it slipped and the glass part shattered, making the product unusable. When I went back to the dispensary to see if there was any possibility of a discount or assistance, I felt the response was quite dismissive. While I understand accidents happen, I was hoping for a bit more understanding and customer service. Overall, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. 60 down the drain and a dispensary I can no longer trust. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. – Amber Fabris
