Ive been coming to this dispensary for almost 2 years and this is my first bad experience because of Amanda. I placed an order online like I always do before my arrival. When I arrived I showed her my id she asked if I made an online order and I said yes. She said she could not find my order and that I could not come in. When I explained to her that I placed my order the same way I do every time I come she began to get loud and rude. Then I showed her on my phone that the order was placed and she still wouldnt let me in, I ended up getting in and it turns out that when you order something that is out of stock from the website it places the order but it doesn't go thru on the dispensary side. That is a glitch in the system that customers shouldn't be inconvenienced by. Amanda needs a crash course on how to talk to customers.. I spent too much money here for any of the employees to talk to me in that manner. THE REST OF THE STAFF HAS BEEN GREAT THE ENTIRE TIME IVE BEEN COMING HERE. THIS WAS MY ONLY BAD EXPERIENCE.
