Craig did an excellent job today. I originally just stopped in for some carts, but he ended up taking the time to explain a lot more about the different products and services they offer. He walked me through the different options, made recommendations based on what I was looking for, and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable, well-spoken, and easy to talk to. So I was the first costumer of the day, and as one of the first 50 customers, I received 5 FREE PRE-ROLLS, with any purchase. Got home, and one of the five doob tubes was empty. Called them up, they told me to come back up and they’d make it right. Got there, and was immediately taken care of by a lovely bud tender, may have been a manager as well, unfortunately I never got her name. Not only did she replace the missing pre-roll, but gave me and additional one for the drive(inconvenience), but that wasn’t it, she also gave me a free .5G LIVE ROSIN DISPOSABLE. 💪🏻😎🌬️ Only my 3rd visit but I have to say that their customer service is top notch in my experience. Amazing! I walked in at 7:30 PM on a Friday and was greeted at the reception desk with kindness and an ecstatic energy from the lady there. She gave me all the information I needed. I’m not much of a smoker, but I wanted to check it out and enjoy my day off. Oliver greeted me next, took care of me, and shared his knowledge about the products he got me right! Then I made my way to the consumption lounge, and all I can say is amazing. Skye welcomed me in, gave me some information signed me in easily, and what blew my mind besides the high-quality products was the coffee stand. I ordered a vanilla iced latte, and the hospitality was top-tier. I sat back, relaxed, and watched the baseball game on their big-screen TVs. All in all, 5 stars easy!
