I usually have an amazing experience with you guys. Today was a disaster. Spent 45 minutes in your store on one transaction. Entire issue started because you no longer accept tap. I don’t have a physical debit card because I lost mine and am waiting for replacement to come in the mail. So I worked with my bank to add the funds to a prepaid card. The next issue was transparency of fees. My total was $108.00 and I ended up being charged $116 out the door. I would not have been bothered if that was the amount clearly stated at the end that’s what I would be paying. Instead the cashier and I had to play Go fish and a guessing game on how much it was trying to charge me. The guy was trying his best. Your terminal system needs to be IMMEDIATELY replaced / updated. And you need to be 100% on point with whatever fees you have and what the customer will be charged. I would’ve just said forget it after 45 minutes of trying but I walked a mile there. – Jordon Johnson

These guys definitely take old flower and put fresh labels on it. Just letting you guys know if the display looks like crap don't buy it. The fact that I spent 50+ dollars and got stale and old flower is beyond unacceptable. Even though the bud tender reassured me, everything was gonna be fine. It wasn't.Also, their discounts are fake. They just have their products marked up tremendously high and then they slap on a fake discount to the actual market value. I won't waste my time or money here again. – Kenric Marshall
