What People Are Saying

Always helpful and friendly! Really good deals and the staff always helps whenever you need things – Taylor Weber

I have been coming here for years, but recently things have been stupid. They stopped printing their menus for no reason. I always come in on Thursdays for 30% off top shelf, but because they don't have a menu, no one even knows which ones those are and both you and them can't even find out on the website. The last 3 times I have come in this has happened and the salesperson was super pushy and weird about it, but on Thursday last week he was downright rude. He also charged me wrong and gave me 20% off instead of 30% and definitely had no idea which things were top shelf and what was on sale. He kept trying to push me on certain strains without even being able to tell me what I was asking about. I'm done. I'm taking a break from this place for a while and maybe they will be able to give me a good deal from a printed paper menu again someday or be able to explain to me what is on sale without being a jerk about it. – Bigby Wolf

Bridge City Collective on N Williams has been my go-to dispensary, which makes this change especially disappointing. They have recently removed the handheld, paper menus. By doing so, they have made the entire experience more confusing and stressful. There is not adequate signage to support this change without there being an ulterior motive. What used to be a simple, transparent process now feels unclear. Now it is difficult to tell what products cost, compare options, or stay within a budget. The containers are organized in alphabetical order. Lol. Without visible pricing, customers are left asking more questions, guessing, or feeling rushed into decisions. That lack of clarity comes across as intentional—pushing shoppers toward more expensive choices without their knowledge. Slimy. I genuinely want to continue supporting this business, but the shopping experience needs to be accessible and transparent. Bringing back the paper menus (or providing a clear, easy-to-read alternative) would go a long way in restoring trust and making customers feel comfortable and welcome again. I hope management listens to this feedback and considers reinstating the paper menus. – Megan Kuttler

Just moved to area and was recommended this spot by a friend but doubt I will be back. The menu was hard to figure out and they didn't have products I was looking for. Bridge City Collective Weed Dispensary N Portland (Owner) 19 hours ago Hey Shannon, was your experience so bad that it warranted 1 star review? You can preorder on our website, the menu is easy to use and we have the products you're looking for at a better price than other dispensaries in Portland. I hope to see you back soon, no hard feelings! Hi (owner), I do not want to preorder I like to see things especially weed before I buy it. You did not have high CBD Rso or chocolates unless I missed them on your confusing digital menu. If my experience didn't warrant 1 star this response from a business owner certainly does! – Shannon French

Writing reviews is not a thing I do but I've been shopping here for a few years and lately, I’ve noticed the selection has declined. While the staff is still friendly I feel like they are trying to sell me on items I do not want. t’s disappointing because this was my go-to spot and now feels like a nectar. – Kyle Doyle
