The buds look really good they're really tight compressed the girl working that helped me and my wife was a one she was right on perfect she knew what she was talking about she let us in the right direction we told her what we needed she gave us what we wanted it all worked out great and this is definitely a place that we are going to visit quite often thank you for the great great great great great great experience – Ryan

Absolutely terrible experience. Unprofessional and dishonest — still haven’t paid a $12,000 invoice after multiple follow-ups. Completely ghosted me after receiving product. Drove four hours to pick up my order I made online only to get there and find out that they canceled the order without even letting me know. I only found out the order was canceled after I got to the store and lots of confusion with the staff. Tried to buy all items from my original order in the store and they won’t honor the original price of my online order. Completely unacceptable for a business to do this to a customer!! Edit to original review to clarify a few things. Yes you did call me to verify the order, but you didn’t tell me that you were going to cancel my order. You should have address the pricing discrepancies with me on the phone call. All around poor customer service and experience. FYI, JARS down the road price matched the exact same order you screwed me out of. PEOPLE GO TO JARS… hands down way better than Bud Brothers Cannabis. – MAB324
