Such a great little shop with knowledgeable and upbeat staff. The purchase profile is a nice touch – it’s helpful to know what we’ve purchased in the past. My husband and I frequent this store when we’re in the area. Generally we deal with Dylan and he’s incredibly professional and personable. He’ll make you feel taken care of while still remaining hospitable to incoming customers. They also have an appealing selection of strains and products; I’m a big fan of the flavor and sensation profiles on each one. One of the best dispensary experiences I've ever had! Coming up from Massachusetts and working in the cannabis industry I was excited to see what Maine had to offer, and Cannabis Haven seriously didn't disappoint. While the vast glass selection and large menu is AMAZING, the staff truly made the experience one to remember. Dylan, you're the man! Super knowledgeable, amazing energy, and extremely attentive. The other employee who helped my sister was also wonderful and extremely helpful (unfortunately I didn't get his name but he is amazing as well!!) My wife twice now has gotten some weed that reeked of mold and found mold. One time, fine accidents happen. Twice? In a row? Something’s wrong. We filed a complaint with the state. Along with this issue, the prices are outrageous high, you don’t need fancy package in order to jack the price. no one cares if it comes in a huge bag, or a tin can. Extremely wasteful. Staff has been rude on more than one occasion. We won’t come back – Paul Ward
