Cannabis of Worcester

I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit today around 10:15 AM, and I feel it needs to be addressed. When I handed the cashier my ID, he placed it on the counter instead of handing it back to me. I found this disrespectful and voiced my concern. My total was $36, and I placed two $20 bills on the counter. While I was speaking, the cashier began laughing, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. When I asked what was funny, he responded by asking what my problem was. This interaction quickly escalated due to his aggressive and condescending demeanor. Words were exchanged as I was leaving, and I made sure to inform the staff member at the front entrance (who checks IDs) about what had occurred. As I was exiting, I looked back and observed the cashier giving me the middle finger, which I found extremely offensive and completely unacceptable in a customer service setting. I did not behave in a way that warranted this level of disrespect. No customer should have to experience this type of hostility, mockery, or unprofessional conduct. I am requesting follow-up regarding this employee’s behavior, as it reflects very poorly on the establishment and creates an uncomfortable environment for customers. – Michala Hilario

I stocked up on the Wavez infused pre-rolls before the long weekend and have been super impressed with the quality. Fantastic taste, slow burning and very smooth. The Strawberry Lemonade and Lemon Slushie are amazing! I'll be back to grab more soon and try some other flavors as well. They are so great and kind. I took a break from cannabis for a short break, they guided me through different types of pre rolls and one was a 2:1 and it was fantastic. They have great energy and so fun to talk too. I highly recommended these guys. You guys Rock – Keith Cooper
