The entire experience is awesome. Easy to get too! Easy parking, and access into the building! Happy ,friendly and very polite staff. Being bipolar and menopausal I need energy one day, relax the next and usually all of it one hour.! I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit today around 10:15 AM, and I feel it needs to be addressed. When I handed the cashier my ID, he placed it on the counter instead of handing it back to me. I found this disrespectful and voiced my concern. My total was $36, and I placed two $20 bills on the counter. While I was speaking, the cashier began laughing, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. When I asked what was funny, he responded by asking what my problem was. This interaction quickly escalated due to his aggressive and condescending demeanor. Words were exchanged as I was leaving, and I made sure to inform the staff member at the front entrance (who checks IDs) about what had occurred. As I was exiting, I looked back and observed the cashier giving me the middle finger, which I found extremely offensive and completely unacceptable in a customer service setting. I did not behave in a way that warranted this level of disrespect. No customer should have to experience this type of hostility, mockery, or unprofessional conduct. I am requesting follow-up regarding this employee’s behavior, as it reflects very poorly on the establishment and creates an uncomfortable environment for customers. – Michala Hilario
