Have always had smooth transactions but was stuck in a rut ordering the same thing repeatedly. That was my plan today but when my gummies were out Bethany began to provide me with similar options. I really appreciated the time she took and it was cool that she almost immediately sensed my tolerance level and guided me to other options that I am very excited to try. I was very satisfied while waiting for my order but then I went to The counter to pay for my goods and when the total came up, I realize that I had gotten about the same amount of product for about $100 less than what I usually pay. i shopped with them a few times and was doing good until i got to comfortable and didnt checkout all my products before i left and when i got home realized a mistake was made on there end. i went back two days later to shop some more and make them aware of the mistake. they verified the mistake but said they could not correct it, and spoke to me in a way that just made the problem worst. i paid for this days purchase, and one of the employees came back to the counter going back and forth with me then told me i was banned, like they are the only dealers in town. everything was cool until she came back out to the counter and asked: is there still a problem, i thought we solved that problem. i said, what, no im still short my problem not solved. them she said : dont come back, HAVE A NICE DAY, HAVE A NICE DAY!! ect. i told her to go get her hair done because its some guys with wigs in here that looks better than you,BEOCH! then while pulling out of the parking lot another employee comes out with arms in the air like: aye! you go just litter in my lot!!, because i threw i cup out the window while leaving. i reverse the car rolled the window down and asked the dude: aye mann, how far do you weant to take this? he turned a went back in. I went to Certified with my friend the other day to shop for a birthday gift for her man. We used the tablet to search for ideas, and the prices were pretty nice. They had a very good selection of products. She bought 2 flowers, and two edibles. The total was quite high for 4 items. All in all, we’ve enjoyed everything, and highly recommend! – Cece Shandell

I frequent this dispensary due to the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. However, certain staff members needs to be educated on the difference between sunglasses and prescription glasses with transition lenses. On 6/14, I came in to pick up an online order. I’m well aware of the no hoodie and sunglasses policy, and a black gentleman sitting off to the side of the check in desk had asked me to take my glasses off. I politely told him that they were transition, and he immediately apologized. I’ve been coming here since this place opened, and this is the very first time I’ve been asked to take off my glasses that I’m legally required to wear when driving. You guys clearly need my license to check in, and you can literally turn it over to see I need corrective lenses. The guy was just doing his job, but educate your staff on the difference between sunglasses and prescription glasses before a potential lawsuit may occur. – Esmee Senju
