Yo if you advertise for 9 pm actually close at 9pm don’t have someone drive across town and get there waste their gas only to have someone tell you they can’t serve you even though you get there before your website says you close. Sucks to suck because I’m cool I ain’t coming back and I buy weed every single day. Thousands of dollars would be spent a year but instead I’m cool all it took was someone taking a second to accommodate my needs but instead I was told no, and now you lost a customer. – Ike Solove

I stopped in on 9/2/26 and purchased 2 vapes. One of the vapes never worked, just blinked red. I took the receipt and defective vape back the next day for an exchange. I was refused because I didn't have the plastic wrapper it came in. I didn't want a refund, I wanted a working product. I can not possibly do business with a company that does not stand behind their product. Another facility replaced a defective vape a week after purchase, WITHOUT even the receipt, because it was THEIR product and they could see that I purchased one there. It's too bad, the location is close and the original purchasing experience was great. – John Koenig
