First off definitely feel terrible cause I have had many great experiences in this store as you have some of the most knowledgeable and attentive staff but I feel like this Taurus vendor day was handled in a almost purposely misleading fashion as it says 58% off all the Taurus products but when I got there to buy it I was told that 50% is already taken off the regular price cause I was a member so they only could take 8% off from there the problem with this this is not stated anywhere on the advertisement on the door? Which to some degree it feels like your advertisement is purposely misleading to come just to have to explain later also if at a discounted 50% your price for a eighth comes up to 42 dollars that means it was originally priced at 84 dollars for a eighth which in the stoner community with 3 other dispensary within 5 minutes is a joke 🤣🤣🤣 again I have had many great experiences in the store and will likely return I just feel like you're handling of this advertising was mishandle or lacks clarity and please 🙏 stoner's don't buy 80 1/8 I can't tell you how to run your business but just my 2 cents – Tyrone Thomas

Been a customer for 2+ years and every time has been excellent. Expect rotating stock, and kind employees who listen to your needs (even if you spend 10 minutes being indecisive). You'll have good luck with plentiful inventory if you go Thursday/Friday, but you can also find treasures on Monday after the weekend rush. Most of the staff are pre-502 old heads or know just as much, I love my time at Cloud. Plus, there's ALWAYS parking. – Crystal Lian

I hate to do this because this place is my favorite dispensary to go to, we’ve come every single week for the last year, but as someone who’s been in customer service for 8+ years, I can’t imagine ever treating regular customers like this. My roommates went today after placing two separate orders. Apparently, there was a mistake with their online system and it double discounted an ounce twice (once with their new year’s and once with the online), causing the total to be $25. My roommates brought the exact cash (plus tip), and showed up only to be told that they couldn’t discount it further than $40 and would have to pay $40 for the online order, despite what their order showed online. Then, while explaining why, the worker (who is apparently the manager) told them that it’s messed up because they’ve been trying to get rid of puffpass since the old GM left? Essentially bringing their company politics into a customer interaction as an excuse for why you can’t honor the price of an online order? Not only that, but PuffPass is great!!! As regular customers, we love it. So it was rather disheartening to be told you were getting rid of it. While also simultaneously offering Puffpass points as a makeup for the mistake??? Which wouldn’t matter because you are getting rid of it! Moral of the review; I don’t care why your online ordering system is messed up. The order said it would be $25, so you should honor that. Furthermore, I don’t care about how your last GM left and now you want to change their systems. Grow up. You guys have two other dispensaries right next door to compete with, I’m not sure why it would ever be okay to act like this. – Chloe Kingery

This used to be a great shop. From the day it opened, they had some of the best staff and best deals in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, due to poor handling by the ownership, this shop can no longer retain staff that seem to have whats best for the customers in mind- just empty recommendations and buzzwords. It seems like the second a Budtender or Manager that develops any real standing or recognition somehow disappears and is replaced with a strange face who doesn’t know you or your preferences. From the sounds of it, the store is relying on tipping to make up for the low pay they offer, and that is leading to the low retention rate. Unfortunately, that refusal to pay your employees a reasonable wage will cost you business in the long run. And for anyone not acutely aware of it: their new discounts and rewards system are not any different, in fact, it appears in some cases I am now paying more for the same product I was regularly buying, now that this new system is in place. All in all, there are a half dozen other stores in arms reach that I will certainly be making more stops in the neighborhood now that it appears Cloud Cannabis does not take doing business as seriously as they should. – Brett Pendley
