I’m a local who has been a customer of Coastal on and off for years, and after my most recent experience, I’m done. This place has completely gone downhill. I came in ready to find some cool products and walked out irritated and unimpressed. I was “helped” by someone named Brady (face piercing + neck tattoo) who acted like assisting me was a burden. He was lazy, disinterested, and completely unknowledgeable about the products. I asked about strains, pre-rolls, comparable brands — and got nothing but blank stares and "I don't know." No effort, no recommendations, no interest. It felt like I was bothering him by even being there. As someone who supports local businesses and has friends in the grow industry, it’s disheartening to see a place with such potential be dragged down by unmotivated staff. Coastal used to be decent, but the quality of service and knowledge has fallen off completely. For anyone fed up with this place, do yourself a favor and check out Megan's in Goleta. The staff there are friendly, informed, and actually care. You’ll leave with the right products and a good experience — not wondering why you wasted your time. Clean nice store. A lot of products but out of pre-rolled. City ordinance I think doesn't allow for dispensary to sell papers, gas station a block away had raw cones. Easy fix. Also, Coastal had white widow! High quality effective. Enjoy! – Zach
super friendly staff and great selection of products. Bought a premium resin infused sativa and it blasted me in new dimensions. Also they offer some stuff at big discounts, so all in all absolut great place – Gladius Torwusch
Roxanne is now my favorite employee among all my favorite employees at Coastal. She has a great vibe, super knowledgeable, friendly and really made the purchase experience a lot of fun. She recommended the Camino sleep products and I am thrilled with how great they are at helping me to sleep. I can’t recommend the Camino CBN infused, vegan fruit chews enough. They are awesome.
