Nathan was great taking care of me. He was flexible, Professional and informative. Carlos out front, who provides security and vetting of the customers is an amazing guy and a fun guy and I never feel threatened which lets me know that a guy in uniform might be a good guy. I normally have a great experience but this time was totally different. Jamie waited on me she was cold indifferent and unhelpful. I ask for a vape she sold fine ring it and it wasn't even usable for me. I will never go to that person for help again I was so upset, not good for an older woman and a person that doesn't get upset in your business. – Lisa Day
Prices are better compared to the other near by dispensaries( there are 3 others). Also Brianna was such a great help she not only brought out what I asked for but brought out an alternative option that she thought I might want based on what I said and I went with the alternative option bc it was the better deal! Best dispensary in Monroe!!! – James James
There was 2 dispensaries that I would utilize. After countless trips to both the knowledge , patience , and overall enjoyable conversations had with bud tender Greg I will no longer go to any other dispensary than Columbia Care to purchase my needs.
