CBC Green location, from security guards & CBC employees are great people with great hospitality. Vanessa is a sweetheart, attentive, patient, helpful and great vibes from everyone. They're very helpful with customers with physical disabilities like myself. Never had to stand in line, they'll get me at register #1 or 2 so that I don't have to walk too far and pretty much knows what I'm interested in and service is great as well. – PI'I Moi

I’ve been shopping at Commencement Bay Cannabis for about 2 years now, and I can honestly say the experience has been consistently great but what really keeps me coming back is the level of customer service, especially from Xzavier. From day one, he’s gone above and beyond to make sure I’m getting exactly what I’m looking for. Whether I’m in the mood for flower, edibles, dabs, or tinctures, he always takes the time to break things down and explain the effects in a way that actually makes sense. And the best part? The products ALWAYS match what he describes. That kind of knowledge and honesty is hard to find. What really stands out is that I’ve never once felt rushed or pressured into buying something. He listens, asks the right questions, and makes recommendations based on what you want not just what’s on the shelf. Because of that, I’ve never been disappointed. We come to this location exclusively for the staff. Every single member whom we have come into contact with has been absolutely outstanding. There are so many people I can mention—like the extremely kind security guards who opened the door for me, to the budtenders and everyone in between—and Jelani was no exception! I want to give him a special shout-out because his patience and kindness are truly one in a million, and you can see the care and dedication he puts into his work.
