I had some minor changes I needed to make to an express order and he was kind enough to let me stay in the express line, heard the changes I needed to make without making me repeat myself, and I was still in and out within 90 seconds with exactly what I was looking for. I wish I had known about the line. I was waiting and didn't realize I wasn't in line until quite a few other people came in. I need effective communication to know the process. Other than that, the place was great. From the security to the bud tender. They were all kind and welcoming. They took the time to ask you about your day and had a genuine smile to go along with it. Always great and wonderful customer service; recommend parking in the back and maybe even doing an express order. Being one of the best clubs in the city with the most affordable prices this location is sometimes very packed; very worth the wait in line for the service and the product. Definitely recommend this club to all my family and friends. They have a lot of brands and a lot of strains here. Very fresh product with knowledgeable staff. I wish they still had the point system but that’s nothing to complain about compared to the excellent service and wide variety of product. I even had the opportunity to meet the creator of alien lab at this location one day they had a bbq when a new released dropped. Just continually please with the customer service; the product availability and the affordable prices.
