I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice and friendly and also helpful. Ive never had a bad experience. I've always had a quick in and out trip even with them helping customers who like to go in to do their order. No hate! 🩷 I recently had surgery and had to go in with a knee scooter for a few months then I moved on to crutches and I never had to struggle getting in and out. They always make sure to open the doors for me and make sure to ask if I was okay. Of course with the love of a few fellow customers helping with the main door. Prices in line with everywhere else, carry the same stuff as everywhere else. My issues and frustrations involve the loyalty/rewards program. They never have anything available to purchase using your rewards. It's been a couple months since they had anything other than rolling papers and shirts/hoodies. The staff says the state has to approve of what they sell. Ok, I get that. So why does evey other dispensary I visit have all kinds of items available in their reward program? The state clearly approves the items at other stores. It leads me to believe that management/ownership is not spending the money to stock products that customers can purchase with their rewards. When customers like myself show loyalty and continue to spend their hard earned money at a store, that store should appreciate those customers, and SHOW IT, instead of gaslighting them. – JL W
Highly knowledgeable and professional staff. I love being able to order online and i can choose pickup in the parking lot or inside. Every step of the way is super safe and professional. Would highly recommend! They used to have curbside pickup but no longer offer that. I dont mind though. I think pick up is super simple and fast. – Amy Cap
Just need more higher end products on their menu. Would like to see better quality and recent harvest dates on their products. Some harvest dates have been pretty far back and then ya get dry product with a low value compared to if it were harvested sooner than later. Other than that it's great to go to for your medicine. Great staff and quick in and out. Some of the greeters aren't very cheery compared to others that I've been to. Cheery and inviting helps so much rather than a flat tone and no emotion on the face.
