I personally had a great time here. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Even the security was too. I was hesitant at first cause of the other reviews I’ve read but I came in on two occasions during my stay in Baltimore and first Day Zach was very helpful. They hooked me up with a strain that brought my childhood dog back to life. On the real though: they are incredibly attentive to subtle cues their customers need different types of help. Im likely Au-tastic, and they adjusted their cantor to accommodate. Also they're just good people. – Buzz
Zach was VERY knowledgeable and patient as I was a first time dispensary customer. Once I told him what symptoms/conditions I was shopping for, he took the time to explain the products and terminology so I could make an informed purchase and not just buy what he recommended. Cookies is a great community member. A major improvement over the former occupants. Their pricing is standard or less. And their folk, charity as a prime example, are both knowledgeable and friendly. – Dean G
I thought the customer service was great at first. But I ordered a specific vape. A worker came behind my budtender asking “if they’re tucking vapes” then asked about the specific one I’m missing. So I don’t know if they purposely switched mines out for their personal purchases or it was an honest mistake. Either way I’m not a local so it sucks I didn’t check before leaving… make sure you get what you paid for. – Emmanuel Vasquez-Haro
