Navia(sp?) was great for an easy 1st time customer experience at reception. My order was ready at counter and correct! Grown Rogue flower and pre rolls are one of my favorite and top quality MI canna businesses. I would only say parking was a bit confusing and the parking lot and sidewalk could use some trash cleanup for a better look. I ordered online and that was pretty simple and I usually don’t say that. I didn’t get the mentioned free gift but I’m guessing I need to sign up for something but I missed any promo online and it wasn’t mentioned in store. I tried to get delivery but my area of Fennville just outside Saugatuck wasn’t included. I refuse to shop at jars. Next time I will try in store. Thanks – David Setzke
Awesome and welcoming. My husband and I stopped here in Michigan on the way to Houston and it was a real delight to see everything in here. Alexander was AWESOME!! We had an issue with dutchie pay and he said he'd come back in an hour or so so I could figure it out. He came back like he said and even helped us with discount codes. I would definitely recommend this establishment and for sure Alexander! – Kim Crow
Was a loyal customer for 2 years until today. I received the crunchiest hardest bs ever and it wasn’t cheap it was labeled as “ Diamond tier” 😂 spoke to the manager he said he can’t do anything compliance laws blah blah. No one asked to take it back, what coupon can you give what discount can you give on next purchase. Let him know if nothing gets done I won’t be back and he said no problem lol. Obviously they don’t value the customers that keeps the business going. Me and my fellow smokers will never spend another time with these greedy pigs. – Review Team
