As a trans dude I can’t update my ID due to passport issues and complications moving from a conservative state. Cookies Somerville is just about the only place in Greater Boston who has never once deadnamed me or made my being trans a point of conversation. Customer service is ALWAYS chill, nice, and super fast. They’ve also got great deals if you keep your eye out. I won’t go anywhere else. – Devin Skiles
It's surprising there are so many good reviews and leads me to believe they're fake. Went for the first time today and it was absolutely bizarre. Security guard just looked at me. Walked into the store and no one was in there. A few people were then lined up and the associate walked in and I said "hi!" and was met with an eye roll. Never did she say "how can I help you" or even "next person." She had the wrong order and was overall rude. I will not be back.
