This location is AWESOME. My go to scientist is KYLA. She really knows her CRAFT 😜, as she should considering she's medically certified! She's very patient & her vibe is so incredibly welcoming. She really has a passion to help. I took up a lot of her time asking questions & getting to the reasons of the issues I was having. She filled in the blanks & went to work on me. Immediately knew what to suggest which was budget friendly. In the end I left w/ two flowers, but out of the two, the EZ EIGHTH PERMAFROST SATIVA was the best. The real winner is CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANAGER CHRISTINA. Let me say first that this place used to be 5 stars everyday before today. They wanted to get me into a digital system with a kiosk and im just not a fan of that. I am not mad at them or anything but I wanted to say, some people want to protect their information and this is scaring customers away little by little. – Shawn Adams

Rarely do i write reviews, however after only having positive experiences here…. I think this place deserves a quick review. Brandon is fantastic and has consistently provided fantastic service. He recommended a smokey point cartridge that was the best ive ever had. That cartridge was unfortunately out next time i went in, so he recommended two other cartridges that were also quite good. Alana, Christina, and Sarah are also very helpful and friendly. I witness other customers having the same experience as I do while I am there, so I know it isn't just me. Bottom line: this store is friendly, clean, helpful, and respectful. – Ryan H

Collin was working today which started my terrblible shopping experience at a store I've shoped previously with no issues. He decided to help all the customers that came in after me first and used some pos check in system (aka a child's play tablet) as an excuse of why he doesn't need to take any accountability for his quality of service. They didn't know their products which is ridiculous and it took them three times of going to the back to retrieve the product to get it right. Asking me for the same one item multiple times. Just one item guys not a whole order of multiple items. Collin gets 0 stars and honestly so does the rest of the team working today. – K O
