First off just wanna mention ownership and bud tenders are super chill. Any issues I’ve had were resolved super quickly and professionally. The 24 hour return policy is idiotic. If I buy 2 vapes from the store there is no way that in 24 hours I would know that both batteries are defective for charging. They will not issue any kind of credit or replacement. Planet nerd vapes were what were RECOMMENDED to me by their budtender. Will not be returning as a customer. – Nicole Miller
