I came by on 7/08/25 around 5:10 p.m. and had to wait at the walk-through window in the rain. Unfortunately, the worker at the window didn’t seem interested in helping me—I stood there with no acknowledgment. Eventually, I had to come inside, and another worker assisted me right away with no problem. This location is super convenient and close to my job, and I’ve never had an issue here before. Because this was my first bad experience and it’s usually great service, I’m still giving 5 stars. – John Booze

This was my first time going to Culta and the staff at the front desk were so welcoming! I loved the energy, even the security guards were polite! Jesse was the cashier that helped me and he was great and taught me how to pronounce Pavé! Which is the flower I got and man it is amazing! It works almost instantly after 1-2 hits from my water pipe! 11/10, 100% recommend! 🫶🏽 – Bria Jinae

The staff at Culta were extremely helpful and friendly and I’m very appreciative! Specifically Jayne, she went above and beyond with excellent customer service to answer all of my questions and offered some suggestions to enhance my experience. He has a great attitude , extremely knowledgeable & helpful and really helped me choose products best suited for my medical needs . CULTA Rewards is an absolute scam! I spent $500 to earn a $25 reward only to find out if I use the reward I will have to pay more money then if I didn't use the reward. Today everything in store was 25% off so I planned to purchase a half for $112.50 and use my earned $25 reward to take it down to $87.50. I am told that they will not honor the price listed on the website if I use my $25 reward so I would have to pay $150 and then get then $25 off for a total of $125. Everyone else is paying $112.50 and my reward for being a repeat customer is that I get to pay $125?? Disgraceful. All managers were "in a meeting" so instead of getting to speak to a manager I got lectured by a worker trying to teach me how business works. It is absolutely disgusting to be lectured and told "you need to look at it from our perspective as a business" when all I did was try to use my earned reward. YOU ARE A GIANT CORPORATION SCAMING AN INDIVIDUAL OUT OF $25, YOU SHOULD LOOK AT IT FROM MY PERSPECTIVE, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. I guess I should just print the $25 reward out and use it to wipe my ass so at least I get something out of it?? – Jon Bernstein
