She took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and gave us some fantastic recommendations that were spot-on for what we were looking for. He absolutely deserves a promotion as soon as possible. And I can’t forget about the manager, Kay—she is awesome. Anytime I’ve had an issue, she gets me right each and every time without hesitation. That kind of consistency and care does not go unnoticed. Brenden also delivers that same high level of service. I recent went to Culta and Kory service me. Let me say his customer service was A1. He helped me out and what products to to get. Not only did he help me pick which product. He also educated me on how products works and how the level of tier work. If anyone comes to this baltimore location go see Kory and tell him Mary sent you.
