Stopped in here on a recent trip to NYC since it was close to our hotel. Had a great experience. I am from Denver so I have worked at and been in many dispensaries. I found it very cool how modern this dispensary was compared to back home. Bud tenders were all kind and helpful. I really liked having the option to order on the tablet because I haven’t experienced that back in Colorado or Washington state. I purchased an eighth in celebration of 4/20 that was supposed to be 3.5g, but when I weighed it at home, it came out to 3.2g. (Yes, the scale was calibrated) This was the Cookies Tub- Hollywood. While the difference may seem minor, when you’re paying premium prices plus tax, you expect the full amount. I called the store and spoke with Blair, who was helpful and advised me to return with my receipt for an exchange. When I went back the next day, I explained the situation to a sales associate in hopes of speaking with the manager. When I mentioned the eighth was 3.2g instead of 3.5g, the associate laughed in my face before reluctantly getting the manager, who then made the exchange. While I appreciate the manager correcting the issue, the interaction with the associate was embarrassing and made me feel like my concern wasn’t valid. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable for pointing out a shortage. It left a bad impression, and honestly, I’m reconsidering shopping here again—not just because the product was short, but because I was ridiculed for speaking up. All I wanted was good bud and good customer service. – R G
