Charlie, my sales associate was amazing. He profiled me very efficiently and with such a kind voice. We related to a couple cute topics regarding emails. He was knowledgeable and when a question arose he did not hesitate to ask for assistance. I left and immediately came back to ask for some additional help and he was quick to help. I’ve been a loyal customer here for almost a year — I live right across the street at 770 Skokie Blvd. When the store first opened, the staff were friendly and respectful. But lately, the service has completely changed. Today I bought a small product — a Spring Roll — and when I got home, it was completely empty. When I came back to explain, the staff were rude, cold, and refused to take responsibility. The manager acted like it was my fault, and no one even apologized. They said replacing the item was already a “favor.” I’m not upset about the $17 — I can buy that again tomorrow. I’m upset about how this company treats people. If you keep working like this, you’ll lose every loyal customer. Honestly, I hope another dispensary opens nearby that actually respects people. – Taukekhan Dalbayev
Just want to give a huge shoutout to the new girl with the purplish-blue hair and Ryan; they were incredibly patient helping me pick out some goodies on 4/20, even though it was insanely busy. 🙌 I love the Northbrook location, everyone there is always so helpful and the service is consistently quick. Nate was AMAZING! This was my second time dining and the first time just didnt do it for me. I gave it another chnace, and very pleased that I did. 4th time in there and this time the associate that helped was very rude to me never made eye contact no hello, no how can I help you just I need your ID and walks away with out saying anything to me for like a min. I needed help to choose a different item a d told to go to the kiosk and got angry with me because was asking a question and cleary he did care to do his job.
