Curaleaf Dispensary Columbia

Generally my experience the last 3 years has been pleasant. However, they have major management AND customer service issues. I will not be going there anymore. This was a tough choice. Best to you guys as you figure out your issues. I know at this point it is mainly a management thing. YOur customer service issue IS a management thing. Sending a person at the customer service desk back to kiosk kiosk kiosk when no one is in the store but you is ridiculous. Well, thank you, it was a fun ride. Brianna Bricka Mike n Jayda are the best budtenders there!!!! But This store ABUSES its employees. Reason why have the staff is gone is because they was getting mentally n emotionally abused by the last manager n current one now. They exemplified great patience with me especially in the AM. My helper went above and beyond to help me. The young lady I think she is the manager made sure that I received assistance and went out of her way to help as well! – Andrea Mason

Booked a order. When trying to checkout the amount didn't reflect the correct total. Spoke to a manager and verified the shown discount/special to be told there are exclusions. Then why advertise a special as all Grassroots products 25% off? Wasted time driving out. Manager did nothing. Much better places anyway. – Steve Forney

Always a good selection and the store has a cool and chic vibe. A lounge with cannabis and great music. The customer service is exceptional. Staff are friendly and professional. I go out my way to stop at the Columbia store. – Denzlow Evans (Seek WTC)
