Curaleaf Dispensary Cuyahoga Falls

I've used Curaleaf since it's become recreational legal in Ohio. I've never had one issue with anyone or my orders. The staff always seemed knowledgeable and friendly. The products have been fine, never any problems. Lots of parking out front. I always put my order in ahead of time online and I'm back out with my order in minutes. I've been coming here for a long time. This is an awesome dispensery. I'm a medcal patient, they made the transition to include recreational easy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the sales, some are better than others. I usually can find something I prefer in the quantity I prefer in Stock. I don't have a heavy use and buy larger quantities so I don't shop as often as others do. I will always prefer this dispensery. – S Sumner

I would encourage people to try literally any other local dispensary. No consideration for customer time here. When there system goes down, there is no notification. No call, no email, no text telling you your order was cancelled. Guy on the phone said there is an employee in the parking lot letting people know. Told him I had been sitting in the parking lot for 30 min, no one approached me. They are apparently ok with customers wasting time and gas to come pick up cancelled orders. Shut this place down and reopen when you get your shit together. – Driving Songs

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Don't take it out on them if you don't know the rules. I appreciate the sales, sometimes you might catch a really good one. I don't have a heavy use and buy larger quantities when I visit, so I don't shop as often as others. But I have had no need to go anywhere else and will always prefer this dispensery. – Laughy Monkey
