After a warm walk to the dispensary from my apartment, Rocky, Naomi, Ava and Jess, were all amazing in their own ways and I cannot overstate how helpful all of them were. This is my favorite dispensary anywhere. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The cashier Shannon even went out of her way to make sure I knew about the sales that were going on today. Been a patient for more than a yesr. Always, always I have treated with warm smiles and helpful conversations. This past Monday April 13th was even more than I expected as I learned how to add points as processes change. Ava helped me navigate adding an additional item and Jessica taight me how to add points. Thank you both!! Now if we could just cleanup the “ new” clunky app. to be better. I will keep the faith. – Jeff Roeger
Everything is starting to be overpriced. Haven't been there in months. Especially after i saved up 300 points and went to buy one of their vaporizers for loyalty points, and did not have enough. No big deal. I was going to pay for the rest. Do you want to know how much they said i had to pay? The full price of the device, from the website itself. So in other words, my points did nothing, and i was asked to pay full price of the Storz and bikel device according to Storz and bickel website, Ontop of dumping 300 points into it. Their loyalty points are a huge scam. I will probably not be going back unless their prices plummet down and they actually get competitive with their prices. – M N
