Always welcomed in by the staff. All are very knowledgeable on all aspects of the products. I enjoy the fact I never feel rushed to “get me out of there” and on to the next. They take the time with me individually and ensure I purchase the exact product I’m seeking on that particular visit. Highly recommend and they have other Curaleaf options closer than Largo but it just works for me and worth traveling a little further for a guaranteed pleasant shopping experience. JH – JJH
Beware of this location. Under superlvision of Jaden they did not provide my accessories and I had to beg to get them, even though I paid for it. Customer service is not a priority rather his ego since he would not allow me to speak to him in an upset way. With gas prices being unaffordable how can you not think I'm upset to come back. I asked for a lighter because that would be nice and he said he would not for me because he didn't like my attitude. This location will never see another dime from me and be weary of taking your money there too especially if you value your time, gas money and you want your merchandise that you already paid for to be included in the bag that they send you home with. Do not go there unless you're cool with them messing up and then treating you badly in return, if you like that , this place is for you. – Melanie Maynard
This location is always stocked and extremely friendly. They run specials all the time. The people are knowledgeable in their field. I go here all the time and they’re always professional and they remember you when you walk in. The personal touch the staff offers is a great feeling. I ride my bike 8 miles, passing other dispensaries to visit Curaleaf, in Largo. – Donny Downs
My usual Cureleaf wasn't available…cureleaf in Largo..comfortable inside and a large sleek atmosphere as..lucky enough to be waited on by a staff member from original store. These employees are excellent at guiding me to the correct product I need..they are always on target !! Highly recommend. I was recognized by the staff which is awesome – Mary Taylor
Very disappointed in my first visit. I have only had my medical Marijuana card for less than a year and have not frequented a lot of dispensaries but this one takes the cake for least helpful. Maybe my budtender is new and unfamiliar with the products she is serving. I explained that it was my first visit and asked how I could become a rewards member and she asked for my id and email. When it was time to order, I explained that I wanted indica and I'm on a tight budget so looking for the deals. She showed me the menu and that ended the conversation. No specifics on first time deals. No assistance when I explained the feeling I was looking for hoping for recommendations on strains and various products they offer. When I ordered only one item she asked if I wanted to save my discount for another time and I had to ask her what discount was offered, she never mentioned a thing about the benefits offered. She also asked if I wanted another of one item that was bogo. Yes please and how about pointing me in the direction of savings? I probably would've ordered more.
