I love coming to this location. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. I was helped by Mike G and I told him the basics of what I look for and like and he hooked me up. He asked enough questions to gage what to look for explained it and was relatable. I am so sick of this place. First of all you people need to learn how to keep a line moving. This is the only dispensary I've ever been to that requires long waits, and you've been this way since you opened your doors. Stop entertaining the psychos that need to interrogate your cashiers about weed for 15 minutes. Second of all, I placed a frigging online order in the morning. I got a text saying it was ready for pickup. I get there, wait in a 40 minute line only to find out you don't have anything I ordered! You needed to replace everything and I ended up needing to spend an extra $30 than what I was expecting, and it was for less product that I originally ordered too. Complete ripoff. And this isn't the first time this has happened. Ridiculous, utterly pathetic, and unprofessional. I'm ordering from here one more time and that's only to use up my points. After that I'm done. Going to Zen from now on. They're faster, and they don't lie and screw you over when you place on online order. – Kek Heckle
