Went to pick up my order and was the first one arrived. Three people were already at the cashiers already. 4 people came after me for pick up. They called 2 people behind me first. Poor customer service! No apologies by the current staff and after I complained, no resolution to take me in in the order of arrival. Total disregard for customer satisfaction. Whomever was the manager needs re-training . Needless to say, Lost my business. Long time customer btw. – Randi Gonzalez
Jakob at Curaleaf on Tyrone Blvd provided an outstanding experience. As someone visiting a dispensary for the very first time after just getting my license this week, I really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming he was. He took the time to explain the different strains, products, and effects in a way that made everything easy to understand without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His recommendations were spot on, and I truly enjoyed every product he suggested. What impressed me even more was that when I came back today, he remembered me and followed up to see how everything worked out. He even let me know he had thought of another product he believed I’d like, which shows how much he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit. Jakob’s customer service, professionalism, and kindness are top tier. Curaleaf is lucky to have someone like him representing their team. I’ll definitely be back because of the great experience he provided. – Nik Ellis
Mostly cool people but watch your wallet VERY CLOSELY. On Fridays they have a $50 half ounce sale. That's 4 eighths at $12.50 each. But if you buy 13 eighths, the $50 a half ounce deal invalidates itself and the price bumps HIGHER to $13.08 each for all thirteen eighths, the special be damned. Then if you dare to add a fourteenth eighth, they BUMP THE PRICE EVEN HIGHER, charging $13.40 an eighth times FOURTEEN. That's no SALE. That's bait and switch GOUGING. Make it make sense how I get PUNISHED for buying in bulk. I spend a lot of money at that location, and thought they would not give me a problem about refunding my money they obviously overcharged me, especially given how much I spend there. How wrong I was. They clung to my thirteen dollars like it was the last thirteen dollars in Curaleaf's bank account. That was on a Friday. I called back Saturday and explained the overcharge. I was very politely told that a manager would call me back later that day to resolve this. No one called. I emailed corporate and explained the situation and received an email that someone would be in touch soon. No one contacted me. So on Monday I called the store AGAIN and finally spoke to the manager. I thought given my purchase history it would be no problem refunding the overcharge, but I was wrong. She got defensive verging on hanging up, and very begrudgingly relented and gave me credit for the amount they OVERCHARGED me. I was sternly told that the deal only counts in exact lots of FOUR. Buy more or less and you pay MORE. I also did not receive any kind of apology, only a lecture about how Curaleaf's backwards, bizarro wallet gouging computer system is almighty and ALWAYS right. That thirteen bucks you GLOMMED from my wallet must be really, really, really important to you. That is a HORRIBLE way to conduct business and a HORRIBLE way to treat one of your biggest spending customers. Rude. Disrespectful. Deceit. Thievery. Greed, greed and more insatiable corporate GREED. – Robert Charest
My experience with Curaleaf was, in a word, delightful. The online ordering process was admirably smooth and intuitive. Upon arrival, I was met by staff who were unfailingly friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuringly human, striking that perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. Altogether, Curaleaf offers a civilised, well-run, and thoroughly pleasant experience. – Jack Sparrow
terrible experience again with andrea. I am not sure why she looks and acts so unhappy, but very dull expierence anytime she's in this store. Never smiles at me, little to no talking. I feel like a transaction to her. ill be going elsewhere from now on. – April Mason
