Love this place! From the clean establishment to the solid selections. Most of all I love the customer service that I receive from a young lady name Regina! She is extremely knowledgeable and happy to educate without judgement. She goes above and beyond to make sure you leave the store happy and satisfied. I will be back soon! What days does she work?! I have a disability and use a walker. When I arrived at Curaleaf in Skokie today, whoever plowed the parking lot dumped all the snow on the handicapped ramp. I had no way to get into the store, and staff could not bring my order out to me – not legally. Fortunately, a very nice employee named Matthew grabbed a shovel and dug through the pile to clear a path. He deserves 5 stars, but I took one off because this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If the contractor who does the plowing won’t do the job correctly, either fire them or have store staff check daily when the store opens to make sure there’s a clear path for those of us who need it. – Susan Mayer

Really great experience! Justin was super helpful. We were looking for cbd gummies with traces of THC, and Justin was very knowledgeable and you could tell he cared that we got a product we were looking for, and even referred us to another store that had different CBD options with less THC, it was a very open and relaxing space.
