Curaleaf IL Skokie Dispensary

I’ve passed by this so many countless times and never ventured in. It was super easy to go, create an account and enjoy so many benefits as a first time customer. Came in with enough cash for one, and left with three pre-rolls! Appreciated the customer service, although there was a wait, ended up enjoying some of the lounge chairs and striking up a conversation with others. I have a disability and use a walker. When I arrived at Curaleaf in Skokie today, whoever plowed the parking lot dumped all the snow on the handicapped ramp. I had no way to get into the store, and staff could not bring my order out to me – not legally. Fortunately, a very nice employee named Matthew grabbed a shovel and dug through the pile to clear a path. He deserves 5 stars, but I took one off because this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If the contractor who does the plowing won’t do the job correctly, either fire them or have store staff check daily when the store opens to make sure there’s a clear path for those of us who need it. – Susan Mayer

Love this place! From the clean establishment to the solid selections. Most of all I love the customer service that I receive from a young lady name Regina! She is extremely knowledgeable and happy to educate without judgement. She goes above and beyond to make sure you leave the store happy and satisfied. I will be back soon! What days does she work?!
